Villa Pinheiro is a spacious 3 bedroom detached villa located in a quiet, residential area of the popular family resort of Vilamoura, yet only a 20 minute walk from the marina and its lively atmosphere and nightlife. The villa is comprehensively equipped offering everything you would need for a family holiday and includes a beautiful lawn garden and very large swimming pool.

The interior furnishings are to a high standard and the décor is tasteful throughout. The villa has Wi-Fi internet and is air-conditioned - included in the rental rate.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor;

• Fully fitted modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hobs x 4, oven, extractor microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.

• Dining Room, open plan with the living area. Dining furniture to seat 6 people

• Spacious living room with ample comfortable large sofas, Satellite TV with some English language channels and Wi-Fi, large open fireplace, patio door leading out to the terrace, garden and pool.

• Master bedroom - large double with air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes

• En-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly; bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly and linen is changed weekly.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
