Set across three levels, this spacious villa combines modern comfort with traditional charm, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing break.

Ideally located close to the famous Vilamoura Marina, you’ll be just a short distance from a fantastic choice of lively bars, restaurants and attractions. Whether you’re spending sunny days by the pool, enjoying family film nights, or exploring everything Vilamoura has to offer, Villa Margot is a brilliant base for a memorable holiday.

Living Areas

The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished with two two-seater sofas and two armchairs, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun. The room also features split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan for added comfort. A large flat screen Smart TV offers a great selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests can also enjoy streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime using your own log-in details. Double patio doors open directly onto the shaded poolside dining area, making it easy to enjoy indoor-outdoor living throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a fridge freezer, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, four induction hobs and an extractor fan. There’s also a great selection of small appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, juicer, toaster, kettle, Ninja ice cream maker and Ninja slushy machine. A convenient door leads directly to the garden and outdoor clothes drying area.

The dining room features a ceiling fan and a large table with seating for up to ten guests, making it ideal for family meals and gatherings. Patio doors open onto the poolside dining terrace, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals outdoors.

On the lower level of the property you will find the state of the art soundproofed and carpeted cinema room complete with air conditioning, a large projector screen offering Apple TV, alternatively you can log-in to streaming services such as Netflix & Amazon Prime using your own credentials, & comfortable seating for seven people. The attached kitchenette features a Smeg fridge freezer, kettle, two hobs and an extractor fan.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV and use of the connected full bathroom which can also act as a guest cloakroom. Patio doors lead to rear terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedroom two. Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, a double sofa bed (suitable for two extra people upon prior request), and use of the adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to a large balcony overlooking the pool and furnished with two sun loungers and a table with two chairs.

On the lower level you will find bedrooms three & four. Bedroom three is a twin room (0.90m x 2.0m beds), with split unit air conditioning, and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom four is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, and fitted wardrobes. Both bedroom three & four share the separate shower room with a walk-in shower. Both of these lower bedrooms benefit from direct access to the carport and to the soundproofed cinema room.

Outside Space

The garden is very quiet and private. The covered terrace at the front of the property is complete with a large table with seating for twelve people. Convenient blinds run along the length of this space to provide shade if required. The Broil King gas BBQ is perfect for the budding chefs in the group. The pool measures approx. 9.0m x 4.0m with complimentary pool heating during the peak summer months and then this facility is available for a weekly supplemental charge throughout the rest of the year. There is an solar outside shower offering hot or cold water, ideal to rinse off before or after a dip! The shallow end of the pool features four sunken sun loungers, great for staying cool while soaking up the Algarve Sunshine. There is also a large parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is the possibility of off-road parking on the villa driveway / forecourt protected by the entry gates.

Location

Villa Margot is situated in Vilamoura and is approximately 1 km from Vilamoura Marina and its beach. 5 km from Faro Airport. Vilamoura's marina has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort. Enjoy a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west. Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.

Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover cleaning service with a bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
