Villa Paixao is an outstanding four bedroom, four bathroom villa with private heated pool situated on the five star Vila Sol golf resort. Brand new to the Sun-hat portfolio, this premium quality villa affords views of the golf course from the spacious terraces and is just a few minutes drive from Vila Sol's bars and restaurants, the excellent beach and promenade at nearby Quarteira and the renowned marina of Vilamoura. Living Areas

Fully equipped and air conditioned high quality kitchen with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, integrated microwave and oven, fridge freezer, electric hobs and extractor. Breakfast bar with 5 stools.

Open plan air conditioned living room with a large flat screen TV with cable channels (some English language channels), Wi-fi internet and DVD player. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. Separate dining room area with split unit a/c, table and chairs with seating for 8 persons and doors leading directly to the BBQ area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Villa Paixao have split unit air conditioning. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c, window to front aspect and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. Bedroom two has twin beds, TV (suitable to use with a DVD player or Playstation if you were to bring your own), patio doors to he poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level of the property.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three is the master suite with double bed, doors to the terrace with golf views, walk-in wardrobe with and an en suite bathroom with a shower unit, bath and double vanities.

Bedroom four is complete with a double bed, doors to the terrace with golf views and an en suite with a large walk-in shower unit.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures 11 metres x 5 metres, with steps entry, and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace has 6 sun loungers and the adjacent shaded terrace is furnished with a Balinese style bed. The pool area is surrounded by neat lawn gardens and to compliment the golf course views there is a lovely waterfall feature. The exterior dining table and chairs will be the scene of may al-fresco family meals, freshly cooked on the brick built integrated charcoal BBQ with food prep area. For your entertainment there is a wall mounted flat screen TV; a pool table and a basketball hoop. Off road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Alongside the golf course, Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Browns gym is only 5 minutes drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The beach and promenade at Quarteira and the famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek; towels changed midweek and weekly, linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
