Overview

Villa Rose is a lovely four bedroom villa with private heated pool, all on one level, that has been refurbished to a high standard. Centrally located within the prestigious golf resort of Vilamoura, the villa features Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room furnished with comfy sofas and a dining table. Wall mounted flat screen TV with Meo cable and some English language channels and feature fireplace. Patio doors lead directly to the pool side terraces.The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a wine chiller, dishwasher, electric hobs, oven, extractor, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two have twin beds (beds are 0.90m x 2.00m) and they share the use of the family bathroom (there is a bath with overhead shower fitting) across the hallway. Bedroom three has a double bed (measures 1.60m x 200m) with an en suite shower room. Bedroom four also has a double bed (measures 1.60m x 2.00m) and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 8 x 4 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols . There is a lawn garden for the kids to play. A shaded terrace houses a dining table and the outdoor kitchen complete with integrated gas BBQ, drinks fridge, extensive food preparation area, ice machine and breakfast bar with seating. There is also a new shaded seating area next to the outdoor kitchen on the side terrace.

Location

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, not too far from all amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk in an area called the Old Village, and the Marina with its lively atmosphere and night life is also easily accessible.

Other Items

A safe in each bedroom, hairdryers and pool towels are provided. Weekly maid cleaning service, bed linen and towels changed weekly, plus a set of towels left in the villa for a midweek change.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
