Overview
Villa Lua is a beautifully refurbished, modern 3+1-bedroom villa which features air conditioning throughout and is located on a peaceful residential street in Vilamoura, just minutes from golf courses, beaches, and local amenities.
There are shops, bars and restaurants close by in an area called the Old Village or alternatively towards the Hilton hotel resort. The Marina with its lively atmosphere and night life is also easily accessible via the tourist road train that stops nearby or a 5 minute taxi ride.
Living Areas
Designed with calm, even-toned décor, the villa offers a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere throughout. On the ground floor, the entrance hall opens to a chic guest toilet and a bright, open-plan lounge and dining area, complete with a flatscreen TV featuring English language cable channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a spacious separate laundry room, all making family entertaining effortless.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Upstairs, the master double suite features built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Two additional double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a twin room, a smaller room is ideal for children. There is a large walk-in shower room and a bathroom with bath completing the upper floor, and stairs lead to a roof terrace with panoramic views of the villa’s surroundings and nearby golf courses.
Outside Space
Outside, Villa Lua boasts a private swimming pool 6m x 4m, a BBQ and al-fresco dining area, sun loungers, parasols, and a small lawn garden that is perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests.

The villa has off street parking, is conveniently located just 3 km from Vilamoura Marina and golf courses, 4.5 km from the beach, 1 km from a supermarket, 500 meters from local restaurants, and 1 km from tennis facilities, Villa Lua combines modern comfort with a prime location. Ideal for families or groups, it promises a stylish and inviting retreat in the heart of Vilamoura.
Other Items
Rates include a mid week towel change for 7 nights, a maid cleaning service, bathroom towel change and bed linen change for 14 night stays. Pool towels and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Fruit Juice/Bread/Ham/Cheese/Butter/6 eggs/ Jam/Pack cereal
The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.
1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
