Brand new and exclusive to the Sun-hat Vilamoura portfolio for Summer 2024, Casa Mara is a lovely traditional style three bedroom villa with private pool and extensive lawn garden that is centrally located in this popular golf resort, within walking distance of a range of amenities and an approx 25- 30 minute minute stroll to the famous marina. The property is complete with air conditioning through out and Wi-fi internet, both included in the rental rates.

This three bedroom property can sleep 7 persons with an extra child aged up to 12 years old sleeping on the single bed in the ground floor family room.

Living Areas

Spacious and open plan living and dining room complete with split unit a/c, a TV with a wide selection of channels including the UK language channels BBC, ITV and Sky/TNT Sports, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, fireplace, dining table with seating for 8 persons and double patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. There are a selection of board games available at the villa for clients use.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, electric hobs, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine and filter coffee maker.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of Casa Mara. Bedroom one has a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m), split unit a/c and a safe. Bedroom two is the family room, with split a/c and furnished with a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and a single bed meaning this room sleeps up to 3 persons providing the 3rd person is a child up to the age of 12 years old. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the adjacent ground floor bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom three is the master suite, situated on the first floor and comprising of a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), split unit a/c, a newly refurbished en suite bathroom with bath, shower unit and double vanities; and a small balcony overlooking the villa entrance.

Next to the master suite, a door leads to the spacious and furnished first floor terrace with views over the villa pool and garden.

Outside Space

Casa Mara benefits from a generously sized plot with lawn gardens, private swimming pool (measuring approximately 7 x 3.5 metres), six sun loungers and an exterior shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ and exterior dining table and 6 chairs. Inflatables for the pool are provided at the villa.

Casa Mara is within walking distance of a range of amenities such as shops, cafes and supermarkets and is only a 25-30 minute stroll away from the buzz of the Marina with its wide range of restaurants and bars plus the famous casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly; bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly; bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

The owners are kindly providing a wooden cot with linen and a highchair upon request free of charge to Sun-hat clients
