Casa Benito is a delightful 4-bedroom holiday villa perfectly positioned in a tranquil residential area of Vilamoura, just a short distance from the Hilton Hotel and Pinhal Golf Course. Designed for relaxation and leisure, the villa offers a seamless blend of modern comfort and inviting outdoor spaces.
Living Areas
Inside, the villa’s modern open-plan design is air conditioned and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven with extractor fan, a ceramic hob, and a breakfast bar with stools, flowing effortlessly into the dining area with a table and chairs, and then into a comfortable lounge with smart TV with some English language channels. A laundry room offers additional storage and a washing machine and a guest toilet completes the ground floor.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the first floor, the villa accommodates four bedrooms: a spacious master double with an en-suite bathroom including a bath and overhead shower, a second en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower, and 2 twin bedrooms, one with built-in wardrobes. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower to support the twin bedrooms.
Exterior Space
The sunny exterior features a sparkling 6m x 4m swimming pool with a protective cover (which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge) , a fixed charcoal BBQ, a lawn area with sun loungers, and a shaded al-fresco dining space , ideal for enjoying meals and soaking up the sunshine.
Location
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, not too far from all amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants close by in an area called the Old Village or alternatively towards the Hilton hotel resort.
Other Items
Rates include a mid week towel change for 7 night stays, and a linen and towel change for a 14 night stay . Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Supplementals
The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
