Overview

Villa Paradise is a charming four bedroom, three bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool, located on the 5-star Vila Sol Golf Resort, close to Vilamoura. The villa offers wonderful views of the golf course and is light and spacious throughout, with an impressive double height entrance hall leading directly onto the stylish living areas.

The villa is built on three levels and has been tastefully furnished throughout, offering everything one would expect from a luxurious villa holiday including a table tennis table, a darts board and a pool table for those family tournaments!

Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the weekly rental rate.

Living Areas

From the entrance hall steps lead down to two sitting areas, the first air conditioned seating area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and patio doors opening onto the lovely garden. The second seating area is adjacent to the dining room and again has comfy sofa & chair seating, split unit air conditioning and large patio doors open up onto the garden and pool area.

The air conditioned kitchen is modern in design and well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, integrated coffee machine and microwave, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, an extractor, kettle, toaster and a large wine cooler, fridge & separate large freezer. Patio doors opening directly onto the BBQ area which is complete with both gas and charcoal BBQs. The dining room has a table and seating for eight people.

On the lower level of the villa, you will find both the utility room and games room. The utility room provides all the essentials, such as a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. For your entertainment, the garage is converted into a games room with a pool table, a table tennis table, and a darts board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one on the ground floor is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and an en suite shower room. Patio doors opening onto the garden.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a large shared balcony with unspoilt golf course views. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the shared adjacent shower room. Patio doors open onto a private balcony. There is also a small front facing balcony in this room. Bedroom four is a double room (two singles together) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shower room shared with bedroom three. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with fantastic golf course views.

Outside Space

The lovely private garden to the rear of the villa is where you will spend most of your time on holiday, surrounded by trees and shrubs and laid to lawn in areas, it is the perfect place to forget the hustle & bustle of everyday life! This special area features a wooden framed hammock sitting next to a large ball water feature. The pool is free form shape with a cascading water fall, provides a serene ambience for you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet on one of the sun loungers provided. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Comfortable outside sofa seating also complements this space and is the ideal place to read your favourite book! The shaded terrace next to the villa houses the exterior dining table with six chairs. For the budding chefs in the group there is both a charcoal brick-built BBQ & a gas BBQ, located adjacent to the kitchen. At the end of the garden a gate gives you private access to the golf course.

Location

Alongside the 27 hole golf course, Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Browns gym is only 5-10 minutes’ drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The beach and promenade at Quarteira and the famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Bathroom towels changed 2 x per week and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
