We are very proud to present the fabulous Quinta Da Luz, a beautifully equipped 3+1 bedroom linked villa in the sought-after Palmyra development, near the Vila Sol clubhouse. Living Areas

The spacious open-plan living and dining area features double air conditioning units, a 55'' wall-mounted Smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, as well as Google TV with access to hundreds of channels from the USA. A Bluetooth speaker system and high-speed Wi-Fi powered by Lazer internet are also provided. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and HBO without the need to bring their own log-in credentials. An electric controlled fireplace adds a cozy touch for cooler evenings, and there is also a printer available for guest use.

An additional room on the lower level is dedicated to entertainment, functioning as a fully equipped games room with a Smart TV, PlayStation 5, and Xbox, perfect for both children and adults.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality appliances, including an electric oven, induction hob, grill, microwave, main fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine (using the new style capsules), and a NutriBullet, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Bedrooms and bathrooms

The lower level entertainment room is a versatile space with a double sofa bed and an ensuite shower room, making it ideal for additional guests. From here, the villa can be accessed directly from the communal underground garage, where there are two allocated parking spaces.

The property includes multiple outdoor relaxation areas. The ground floor terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a parasol, and a portable gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining, with direct access to the communal pool.

The private roof terrace is a real standout feature, furnished with two sun loungers, an L-shaped sofa, and a parasol, along with a convenient drinks fridge in the vestibule—ideal for entertaining or unwinding while enjoying the far-reaching ocean views.
