Living Areas

The modern, air conditioned kitchen, dining and living area is designed in an open plan style, creating a bright and sociable space. Comfortably furnished throughout, it offers everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The kitchen features a central island with two stools and is fully equipped with a range of appliances, including a four ring gas hob, extractor fan, integrated electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, Delta coffee machine and a washing machine. The adjoining dining area includes a table with seating for up to eight guests.

The comfortable lounge area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a wall mounted Smart TV offering a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Large patio doors open onto a small terrace, allowing plenty of natural light into the living space.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Susan comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four well appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged over three levels.

On the entrance level, bedroom one offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two single beds (0.90m each) joined together with a double topper to create a king size bed. This room can also be prepared as a twin upon request and includes fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a charming Juliet balcony. The guest cloakroom/shower room is conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom.

The upper floor is home to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a bright and versatile twin room (2 x 0.90m), which can also be configured as a double upon prior request. Complete with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony as well as a furnished balcony with seating for two, which can also be accessed from the landing.

Bedroom three is the spacious master suite which features a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The en suite bathroom includes a walk in shower, double vanity units and heated towel rail. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony overlooking the pool, furnished with two chairs – the perfect spot for a morning coffee.

On the lower level you will find bedroom four which offers further flexibility with twin beds (2 x 0.90m) that can be arranged as a double upon prior request. This inviting room includes air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto a small private terrace.

Outside Space

On the terrace just outside the lounge you will find comfortable sofa seating with an additional table & chairs, two sunbeds and a parasol. There is also a gas barbecue, making it the ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply unwind with a glass of wine. One of the four communal Palmyra pools is literally on your door step.

Location

Villa Susan is located on the Palmyra resort, a luxurious gated condominium with four communal swimming pools. There are ample sun loungers and parasols on the poolside terraces. Palmyra is located next to the club house of the Vila Sol golf course (which is within close walking distance via a gate giving direct access) and alongside the golf course. Vila Sol boasts a 27-hole championship golf course, a rejuvenating health spa, tennis facilities, and a delectable selection of restaurants, bars, and eateries. The development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Vila Sol also has a restaurant, bar and café and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Browns gym is only 5 minutes’ drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10-minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.
