Overview

Apartment Cascais is a two-bedroom first floor apartment, situated on the luxurious Palmyra development, close to the well-known Vila Sol golf Course and within short driving distance of the Vilamoura Marina and the beautiful Vilamoura and Quarteira local beaches. The Wi-fi internet and the air conditioning are available throughout and are included in the rental rates.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 gas hobs with oven underneath, toaster, kettle, washer/drier machine, food steamer, juicer and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (please bring your own capsules, the correct sized capsules can be purchased from all local supermarkets).

Large open plan living/dining room with two split air conditioning units, with a wall mounted 42” Smart LG TV which has access to a variety of apps, like Youtube, Netflix, Amazon (bring your own log-in details) etc and connected to an IPTV box that provides international channels as well as the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc. A bluetooth speaker is available for you to stream your own music from your smart device. Patio doors lead directly to the exterior terrace with communal garden and pool views, which can also be accessed from the master bedroom. Separate storage room with iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is the master suite with double bed measuring 1.60m x 2.00m, split unit /c and an en suite with bath, double vanities, towel heater and a separate shower unit. Doors lead to the terrace.

Bedroom two has twin beds that can be made as double upon prior request, split unit a/c and an adjacent bathroom with towel heater.

Outside Space

The upper terrace, can be accessed via a flight of steps from the apartment’s entrance hallway and this private space is furnished with 5 large relaxing chairs, a gas BBQ and a big parasol.

Location

This lovely apartment is situated on the Palmyra estate, a luxurious gated with four communal swimming pools. Palmyra offers 24h security and is located next to the club house of Vila Sol golf course. Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and is close to other restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the Aquashow waterpark.

The renowned Marina of Vilamoura is less than 10 minutes drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water sports on the best beaches that Algarve has to offer.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover cleaning service, bed linen change and towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
