Living Areas

A stylish open plan living area is elegantly furnished with a plush sofa and is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, providing a wide range of cable channels including the popular English-language options like BBC, ITV, TNT Sports, and Sky Sports. Guests can also access their own Netflix and other streaming accounts via the Smart TV apps (please use your own log-in credentials). Large patio doors lead out to the furnished ground floor patio terrace with views of the beautifully landscaped resort gardens.

A fully equipped kitchen is a true delight for those who love to cook, offering a breakfast bar with three stools and a serving hatch open to the interior dining area with dining table and six chairs. It comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including an integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob stove, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom 1 (Entrance level): A cosy double room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and a separate shower room situated across from the entrance to the bedroom. Patio doors open to a small balcony overlooking the front of the property.

Bedroom 2 (Lower ground Floor):

On the lower level of the property there is a large bedroom with twin beds. This room is fitted with wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en suite shower room. It also has a large 85 inch smart TV with game console for your entertainment and an exterior enclosed seating area has a table and chairs. Also on this lower level is the utility area complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 3 (First Floor): A comfortable twin bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with over head shower access to a small balcony with chairs and also with a front view of the apartment.

Bedroom 4 (First floor) The master suite, featuring a super king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes with safe, air conditioning, and an en-suite full bathroom with a bath and shower, and double vanities. There is also a desk and comfortable seating. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the closest communal Palmyra pool and gardens, as well as the fairway of the 17th hole of the Vila Sol golf course.

Outside Space

On the terrace just outside the lounge you will find a large comfortable L-shaped sofa with additional chairs and a large parasol. There is also a gas barbecue, making it the ideal spot to dine outside or simply unwind with a glass of wine. Within close walking distance lead is one of the four communal Palmyra pools. Then there is the superb private roof terrace which is the perfect spot to sunbathe or to enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course. the Palmyra resort and the surrounding landscape. For the sun seekers, there are sun loungers, and a seating area with two parasols providing shade.

Palmyra resort sits proud next to the Vila Sol club house (which is within close walking distance). These clubs are provided on a complimentary basis by the owners so please take care of them.

Rates include a light midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly full changeover clean; bathroom towel and bed linen change. 1 cot and highchair available on request. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
