Brand new to the Sun-hat Vilamoura portfolio, Villa Atrair is a luxurious four bedroom, four bathroom villa that has been refurbished to a premium standard throughout. With a contemporary feel and with high quality interiors, this impressive villa is situated on a spacious private plot in a peaceful cul-de-sac that is located within walking distance of the renowned marina of Vilamoura. The large private pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge if required. The property features Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, which are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Villa Atrair benefits from a large open plan kitchen and living area, great for entertaining and complete with a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; Wi-fi internet connection; central a/c with individual room control; Bluetooth speaker; comfy sofas and dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terraces.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer; microwave; oven; toaster; kettle; washing machine; dishwasher; Nespresso coffee maker; blender; 4 x electric hobs; extractor; iron and ironing board. Breakfast bar with four chairs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa, and this bedroom has twin beds, central a/c, double wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The twin beds can be prepared as a double upon prior request. Patio doors lead to the terrace over the pool. Also on the ground floor is the guest bathroom and an additional guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c, double wardrobes and doors to the first floor terrace. Bedroom three has twin beds, split unit a/c, double wardrobes and doors to the first floor terrace. The twin beds can be prepared as a double upon prior request. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the family bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom four is the master suite with double bed, split unit a/c, doors to the first floor terrace, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The first floor terrace is very spacious, and from here steps lead up to the roof terrace.

Outside Space

There is space for parking on the villa forecourt for 2 or 3 cars, with electric entry gate. The shaded front terrace houses the table tennis table, for those holiday family tournaments!

The large freeform shaped swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 6 metres with steps entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.00 metre in depth and the deep end is 1.70 metres in depth. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and the exterior dining table and chairs with seating for 10 persons. A free standing charcoal BBQ is provided.

Villa Atrair is an exclusive property, finished to a high standard whilst also benefiting from a fantastic central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vilamoura- within close walking distance of the famous marina, so guests will have a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, the casino and beaches in close proximity. The resort of Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Rates include a midweek towel change and maid cleaning service and a weekly changeover cleaning service, towel and linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

A complimentary wooden cot with mattress & linen, highchairs and an inflatable paddling pool are available at the property upon prior request.
