Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from full air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi to MEO cable TV with select English-language channels. For streaming services such as Netflix, guests can log in using their own credentials on the Smart TV.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor, a comfortable double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room offers both convenience and privacy. Upstairs, two beautifully appointed double bedrooms provide a peaceful sanctuary, each featuring generous king-size beds, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies, ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening breeze.
The lower ground floor adds another layer of versatility and relaxation. Here, you’ll find a quiet workspace, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a cozy lounge area with basket chairs, the perfect nook to unwind. For entertainment, the converted garage has been transformed into a vibrant games room, complete with a large TV, PS5, table tennis, and a table football table, ensuring fun for guests of all ages.
Outside Space
Outside, Villa Orion truly shines. The private 10m x 5m swimming pool with depths 1.10m, 1.20m and 2.10m is set within a beautifully landscaped garden, overlooking the scenic Pinhal Golf Course. Whether you’re soaking up the sun on a lounger, enjoying a swim, or dining al fresco in the outdoor seating area with a gas barbecue, the space is designed for relaxation and memorable moments. Pool heating is also available at an additional cost and if booked in advance.

Villa Orion is a unique property, finished to a high standard whilst also benefiting from a great location not far from the centre of Vilamoura marina, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, the casino and beaches . The resort of Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Due to the modern design of the villa, young children should be supervised at all times.
There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre-arrival requested by the house manager of the property. Rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Extra towels provided for midweek change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are all provided.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
