A table tennis is also included for guests to use for those family holiday tournaments!

Ground Floor:

• Designer living room with open fireplace and large patio doors allowing lots of light in. TV with IPTV box complete with a wide range of UK channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet connection. Patio doors lead outside to large covered terrace with soft furnishings for outdoor dining, overlooking the pool and landscaped garden.

• Large fully-equipped modern kitchen and open plan dining room with electric hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Kitchen has direct access via patio door to the covered terrace and outdoor BBQ kitchen. There is a separate utility room leading from the kitchen where there is a washing machine

• Bedroom 2 – Double (bed measures 1.9m x 1.9m) with ample storage and air-conditioning and patio doors to a front terrace with a small table and chairs

• Bathroom located adjacent to Bedroom 2 – walk-in shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

1st Floor:

• Bedroom 3 – Double (twin beds together measuring 1.85m x 1.95m) with en-suite bathroom including walk-in shower, bath, WC and sink. Direct access from the bedroom onto large balcony offering views of the pool, garden and stunning views of the golf course. This room can be prepared as a double upon prior request.

• Bedroom 4 – Master suite (bed measures 1.85m x 2m) with direct access through patio doors to shared balcony overlooking the pool and golf. Spacious en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet, twin sinks and heated towel rail. Patio doors allow direct access to the shared balcony.

Maid service- one week bookings will receive a mid-week clean and towel change. Two week bookings will receive mid-week cleaning and towel changes and an additional weekend changeover clean and linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
