Sun-hat are proud to welcome you to Villa Perfect View, a beautiful four bedroom semi-detached villa with a private swimming pool, built on three levels and conveniently situated just a short stroll away from the renowned Vilamoura marina with its many bars and restaurants. Villa Perfect View is spacious and has been tastefully furnished with a modern feel and now includes the recently added pool table, ideal for some fun family competition. The garden enjoys perfect views of Pinhal golf course. Air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet are both included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are of an open-plan design. The modern kitchen with a central island and four accompanying stools is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, American style fridge freezer, a juicer and there is a convenient door leading to the BBQ area and poolside. Further patio doors open onto a front facing balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. The adjacent dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals, complete with a ceiling fan and a table with six chairs.

For relaxation, there are two lounge areas with split unit air conditioning. The first lounge area features cosy sofa seating and a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of international channels including some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) The second lounge area is perfect for unwinding with a book, while still keeping an eye on family members playing in the pool or just enjoy the view of Pinhal golf course through the large patio doors.

On the lower level you will find bedroom four, the utility room and an entertainment area. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The entertainment room is air conditioned and houses the newly added pool table and also has many children's toys and books to keep the little ones occupied. Additionally there is a sofa and a flat screen TV showing a wide range of international channels including some English speaking channels.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the upper level of the property. Bedroom one is double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a large shared balcony with lovely golf course views and is furnished with an outside sofa and chairs. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Patio doors open on the the shared balcony with bedroom one. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to a front facing balcony. Both bedroom two and three share the separate full bathroom with a walk in shower and a heated towel rail.

On the lower level of the villa you will find bedroom four, this is a twin room with natural light, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Perfect view has a well maintained private garden with golf course views and is laid to lawn. The swimming pool measures approximately 6m x 4m and has convenient steps for entry, and there is an outside shower to rinse yourselves off. For the sun worshippers in the group you can soak up the Algarve sunshine on one of the eight sun loungers provided. The partially covered terrace is furnished with a comfy rattan sofa and chairs, and a dining table with seating for eight people. For the budding chefs in the party there is a built-in brick BBQ with a handy food preparation counter and a sink, ideal for creating all the groups al fresco meals.

Location

Villa Perfect View is situated close to the centre of Vilamoura and is approximately 1 km from Vilamoura Marina and its beach, 400m from a convenience supermarket, 25 km from Faro Airport and 9 km from Loulé train station.

Vilamoura's marina has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west, which is more than 6 kilometres long and stretches from Vilamoura all the way to Olhos de Água (near Albufeira).

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst the town of Quarteira is literally next door. The towns of Loule and Quarteira both have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
