Living Areas

A large airy hall way leads to the living/dining room, a fantastic space to chill out and take in the views of the golf course and swimming pool. A flat screen TV offers cable channels with some English language channels. The dining area enjoys the same enviable views. The kitchen is adjacent, offering all the mod cons including an integrated oven, microwave and gas hobs. It has another dining table and chairs, adding more choice for dining options. A utility room has been added to house the washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the lower level in the basement, there is a pool table and table tennis table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double bedroom with air conditioning, it has an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool.

Bedroom two is the master bedroom with air conditioning, it has a walk-in wardrobe, patio doors out to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath with separate shower.

Bedroom three, four and five are upstairs, bedroom three is an air conditioned double bedroom with separate wardrobe space and two outside balconies, one with the fantastic golf views and this has an en suite shower room.

Bedroom four is a twin bedded air conditioned bedroom, bedroom five is an air conditioned double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and shares a bathroom with bedroom four.

Outside Space

The contemporary architecture blends perfectly with the many pines trees and the greens of the golf courses. The large wooden deck area is a highlight of the villa as it offers a unique space to relax in. The swimming pool measures an impressive 10 metres x 6 metres. Very comfortable outdoor furniture offering a few choices for the perfect setting for a sun downer. A gas BBQ offers is a must to use so to optimise those amazing views day or night. There is also electric gates opening into the drive way allowing multiple cars to be parked inside the property.

Location

Located in the heart of Vilamoura, Vilamoura's health and leisure centre, Browns, is within a 5-10 minute walk. The 5 star Hilton is 5 minutes walk away. The renowned Vilamoura marina is just a 5 minute drive away, closer enough to enjoy it’s lively ambience but also easy to retreat back to your very own oasis.

Pool towels are available at an extra charge, hair dryers and a safe are available in the villa.

Important:-

Please note the upstairs bedrooms are not suitable for young children as the banister leading upstairs is made of steel rails which have open gaps. Families with young children booking this villa must use the ground floor bedrooms for young children.
