Casa Sol is a well appointed and comfortable three bedroom, three bathroom with private swimming pool, centrally located in the luxury golf resort of Vilamoura. With electric shutters, wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout.

Living Areas

The air conditioned living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and is open plan to the dining area, with seating for 8 persons. The flat screen TV shows international cable channels and UK freeview channels, BBC; ITV etc on an IPTV box. Wi-fi internet connection and DVD player. Doors lead to the terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, oven, 4 x electric hobs, juicer, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and microwave. The exterior laundry cupboard houses the washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Both bedrooms have twin beds and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom one has an en suite bathroom, bedroom two uses the adjacent bathroom across the hallway.

Bedroom three is the master suite, situated on the first floor of the villa. This bedroom is complete with twin beds, wall mounted TV, split unit air conditioning, en suite bathroom with shower unit and doors to the first floor terrace, with seating and 2 sun loungers.

Outside Space

The pool is L-shaped with steps entry and is approximately 7 metres long and 4.5 metres wide. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and the exterior dining table with seating for 6 persons and a parasol for shading. The brick built charcoal BBQ has a sink and food preparation area. Casa Sol has a lovely extensive lawn garden at the rear of the plot. Offroad parking is available on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, not too far from all amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants within 15 minutes’ walk in an area called the Old Village, and a café-bar and restaurant literally just across the road. The Marina with its lively atmosphere and night life is also easily accessible as the tourist land train stops nearby.

Maid service- one week bookings will receive a mid-week clean and towel change. Two week bookings will receive mid-week cleaning and towel changes and an additional weekend clean and linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
