Vivenda Christine is a large family villa featuring six bedrooms- one that is wheelchair friendly- and with a fenced private swimming pool which is great for families with young children. With a large garden that is laid to lawn and with many outdoor family games to enjoy including volleyball, table tennis, badminton, football nets and bat & ball. Located in an peaceful country setting just minutes drive away from the prestigious golf resort of Vilamoura, this villa is ideally suited for friends and families looking for a peaceful retreat within close distance from a resort centre.

Vivenda Christine also has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area and entertainment room with a pool table and a table football table. Electric blinds on all the windows except bedrooms five and six. Air conditioning and Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rate.

The owner of Vivenda Christine will kindly provide a complimentary welcome foodpack for Sun-hat customers staying at the villa. 2 x travel cots (with basic linen provided) and 2 x highchairs are also offered free of charge upon prior confirmation.

Living Areas

The entrance level of Vivenda Christine is wheelchair friendly, without any steps. The air conditioned lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and patio doors opening directly onto the BBQ terrace.

The dining area is complete with a table and seating for nine people. The kitchen has a breakfast counter and five stools and is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, microwave, Dulce gusto coffee machine, sandwich maker, dishwasher, juicer, two kettles, two toasters, cafeteria, two American style fridges and an electric oven and grill.

The air conditioned entertainment room is furnished with a pool table and a table football table and has patio doors opening directly onto the dining terrace. There is also a guest bathroom on this level.

On the lower level of the property there is a further seating area with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The utility area is situated off the outdoor dining terrace and houses the washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All six bedrooms have split unit air conditioning and black out blinds. Bedroom one has been designed to make it wheelchair friendly with the doorways measuring 80cms. This is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite wet room. Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a family room with a King-size double bed and two single beds, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto outside terrace.

Stairs off the lounge area lead up to bedrooms four, five and six. Bedroom four is a double room (which can be made as singles upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a balcony with two sunbeds, comfy sofa seating and a small table with four chairs. Bedroom five is a double room with fitted wardrobes and use of the shared separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom six is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and use of the shared separate bathroom with bedroom five.

Outside Space

Vivenda Christine has a spacious and secure large, well-maintained garden ensuring complete privacy and safety for children, with a fenced-off pool measuring approximately 9m x 5m and has steps for entry. The pool can be heated for an additional weekly supplement and there is a manual pool cover to help retain heat in the evenings. Enjoy the poolside decked area equipped with ten sun loungers, a shaded area, four further parasols, and an outdoor shower. The abundance of family-friendly activities provided includes volleyball, badminton, table tennis, pool table, table football, football nets, and bat & ball. The dining terrace offers comfortable sofa seating, two built-in charcoal BBQs, a large table accommodating fourteen people, and two additional sun beds and parasols. Vivenda Christine provides a delightful setting for a perfect family holiday offering relaxation and entertainment.

Location

Vivenda Christine is within close driving distance of the coastal resorts of Vilamoura (where you will find the vibrant marina and a selection of championship golf courses); Quarteira (with stretches of golden sand and a lovely promenade) and Vale do Lobo (home of the Royal and Ocean golf courses and the famous Praca), and also there are a selection of other restaurants in the local area, as well as supermarkets.
