Overview

Dragonera is a beautiful frontline villa with a large lawned garden that extends down from the villa to the rocks and the waters edge. The views from the villa are simply wonderful!

Accommodation

The villa is arranged in two identical parts that are connected inside via the upper terrace and the basement. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining area with a semicircular built-in sofa, Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and doors to the pool and garden area. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a guest cloakroom also on this level. The utility room with washing machine is in the basement.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom (and one with a separate shower). Both have access to the upper terrace with gorgeous sea views.

Outside, there are two covered terraces - one with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining and another by the pool, a lovely “chill-out area” with a sofa and an armchair. The beautiful pool (approx.10 m x 5m Depth min. 0.90 max. 2.05m – Children area 40-60 cm.) enjoys superb sea views and is the perfect spot to spend the long summer days. The villa and garden is completely enclosed.

Location

The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac and the centre of the resort, with its shops, bars, restaurants and beaches is about 800 m away. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or is 4 minutes drive and about an 8 minutes drive in the direction of Porto Colom is the golf course “Vall D’Or”.

Services

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days. There is a cleaning charge of 235 euros per week and this has been costed in accordingly.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer from 2100hrs – 0900 hrs).

Balearics Tourism License – ETV5471.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 euro per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
