It is just perfect for those seeking a centrally location property for their stay! The accommodation is light, bright and airy and on two levels. There is a roof terrace off the upper level with sea views.

The swimming pool is located to the front side of the property and is set in an open terrace, and there is a covered terrace, with table and chairs, for outdoor dining.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer 18.00 - 19.30 & 22.00 - 08.00 hrs and is included in the rental.

If you require air conditioning available at all times there is a supplemental charge for this of €30 per day

Balearics Tourism License - VTV-135

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
