A spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped modern kitchen with doors to a shady veranda, with table & chairs and a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining, sunny terraces and a private swimming pool, complete this property.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Villa Bellavista boasts a perfect hillside position for your relaxing and comfortable escape in northwest Mallorca.

Note - In view of the horizontal railings on the staircase, and first-floor landing, as well as

on the terraces, and by the pool area, care should be taken with young children

Ground floor - entrance hall, leading via an archway to the modern living/dining area with comfortable L-shaped sofa, Satellite TV, WIFI and 3 sets of patio doors to terrace, modern kitchen with central island and electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs, and patio doors to terrace, utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor - 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace & pool area and en-suite shower room.

Staircase to first floor – note – care to be taken with horizontal railings on the staircase and on the first-floor landing - 3 further bedrooms - 1 double bedroom with table & chairs & TV, doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (bath & separate shower), 1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room. 1 further twin bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom.

Outside Space

Villa Bellavista boasts lush gardens and towering trees that provide privacy from the neighbours. From its hillside location, it has lovely views of the town and surrounding greenery. Soak up the sun on the lawn, play in the pool with the children and enjoy meals on the shady veranda, with table & chairs, and a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge. Additional cot and/or highchair on request, at a supplementary charge.

Daily cleaning (except weekends). Bed linen changed once a week. Bath towels and Pool towels provided.

Air conditioning throughout.

Pool heating is available on request for a weekly supplemental charge (note – not available during July & August).

Balearics Tourism License – ET/3969

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
