Overview
Perdiu Vell Petit is a great addition to our collection of authentic Mallorcan fincas in North West Mallorca.
Lying in the peaceful countryside, just a short drive from the beautiful old town of Pollensa with its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and weekly Sunday market and less than a mile from the Pollensa Golf Club. The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are 10 minutes by car and the livelier beach resort of Alcudia, with its many bars, restaurants, shops and water park is 20 minutes by car.
The house itself offers is spacious and welcoming, with exposed stone walls and resplendent traditional beams, and offering spacious, comfortable and traditional accommodation on two levels.
The spacious living area, dining area and kitchen are on the ground floor and two of the bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, are in the first floor level, with a further twin bedroom in a separate annexe, just off the front patio.
The L-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden, laid to lawn with palm trees and shrubs, on one side and a pretty patio on the other. There is an adjacent covered terrace, with table and chairs, and a barbecue for alfresco dining.
Private and peaceful, with views over the countryside and mountains, yet just a short drive from the beautiful old town of Pollensa.
Living Areas
Main villa – ground floor - Entrance via terrace doors to the dining area, leading, on the left hand side, to the kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace and, on the right hand side and up one step, to the living area with comfy sofas, Satellite TV and WIFI.
Exterior access via the front patio to utility room with washing machine.

Main villa – ground floor – guest cloakroom.
Main villa – first floor – on the left hand side and up one step, to 1 twin bedroom, and on the right hand side and up one step, to 1 full bathroom (with shower over) and 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace/balcony. Exterior access via this terrace to 1 shower room.
Exterior access via the front patio to annexe – 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower over).
Outside Space

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
