Villa Alicanti is a stylish base and is an excellent choice for anyone interested in a more authentically local base, whilst keeping the beach within easy reach.

Lovingly renovated by its owners to a very high standard, using the best quality fixtures and fittings and taking great care to retain some of the building’s original features, it offers extremely comfortable accommodation for 7 persons across various levels.

The ground floor consists of the spacious and very comfortable living/dining/kitchen area with doors to terrace, sitting area, with rattan sofas & chairs, and a private plunge pool.

On the first, second and third floors are the bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms & 1 single bedroom, all air-conditioned, and with the master double bedroom on the top level enjoying views over the rooftops of Pollensa.

Please be aware that lively fiestas take place in Pollensa across July and August and the spectacular "Davallament" procession takes place in the centre of the town on Good Friday.

The villa is set over 4 floors connected by an internal staircase.

Ground floor – Entrance hall, archway to living/dining area with traditional exposed stone walls, comfy sofa & chairs, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, archway to modern kitchen with electric induction hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – Guest cloakroom.

First floor – 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Second floor – 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room and one with doors to terrace.

Third floor – 1 further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to terrace.

Outside Space

Villa Alicanti offers spacious terraces, sitting areas and even a private plunge pool.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Eco Tax is included.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-8302

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
