Further steps from here lead up to the main house which is where the raised swimming pool, sun terraces, sauna, table tennis table and built-in barbecue are also located. Spacious, extremely comfortable, and with wide, open views across the countryside, it is easy to forget that it is just a short drive to the old town of Pollensa with its cafés, bars, shops, restaurants and galleries. Villa Llop is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Accommodation

Steps from the parking lead up to the garden and Annexe one - Open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, 1 twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, pastel-coloured walls and en-suite shower room.

Annexe two - Living/dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room. There is an interconnecting door between the two annexes, which can be unlocked if required.

From the annexe level further steps lead up to the main house – Living/dining area with Satellite TV, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, share a large bathroom, with sunken bath, and a separate walk-in shower.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
