We are delighted to offer this four-bedroom townhouse which is nestled in the historical quarter of Pollensa old town, just a short distance from the main square.

Entry in to the house is through wooden double doors into the living room. The interior walls of the living area are white, and give a real contemporary feel to the room. There are two comfortable sofas, a large coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.
The dining area is next to the living room, and has glass doors overlooking the lower terrace where the swimming pool is located.
The open-plan kitchen is situated next to the lounge, with views onto the terrace, and is modern and well-equipped.
A staircase leads to the first floor. On this level there are two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, one bathroom and one shower room. On the upper level there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a dressing room.
All the rooms in the house benefit from air-conditioning.
Sant Sebastia does not have a parking area, but does have a no-parking area - yellow solid line, for loading and unloading purposes. Since car hire is not essential, in case you prefer not to use the car, for days at the beach the local bus connects you to Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente (both just 7 Km. away). Taxis are also an option, and they are relatively plentiful.
Please be aware that lively fiestas take place in Pollensa between the end of July and August, 2nd and the spectacular "Davallament" procession takes place in the centre of the town on Good Friday.

The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
