Accommodation

Step inside to the open plan living and dining area, where contemporary furnishings set the stage for unforgettable gatherings. There is comfortable seating, a flat screen Smart TV, WIFI and doors to terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast table & chairs for 6, ensures effortless meal preparation. There is a utility room with washing machine outside.

Two bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation. The first bedroom, accessible from the main sitting room, is a twin bedroom with direct views of the pool. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. There is a separate further shower room.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
