Second suite with zip and link twin beds that can be prepared as a double upon prior request. As singles the beds are 90cm wide so when put together the double bed becomes a super king with 1.80 metres width. Wall mounted TV, built-in wardrobes, doors to lovely and comfortably furnished west facing terrace.

There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower only.

Outside Space

Double patio doors lead from the living area to the South Westerly facing main large terrace, furnished with comfortable seating, table and chairs to enjoy the views over the communal grounds and infinity pool. Or alternatively head over to relax at the communal pool, where there will be two sun loungers and a parasol waiting for you. There are 2 x underground parking spaces available for guests staying at the apartment in the underground car park. There are also 2 terraces off the kitchen and bedroom that face North East overlooking the greenery.

Location

The location of the Seabreeze Residences is exceptional – a short, on the level walk to the beach past a nature reserve and water features which teem with wildlife. Maria’s and Dunas Douradas Beach Club Restaurants are around 5 mins walk, with five further bars/ restaurants at Julia’s beach an easy 15 minutes stroll along paths or the beach.

Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago’s golf courses and tennis clubs are a short distance away, whilst within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks and other visitor attractions. Car hire is recommended to explore more widely but equally, for those who prefer to get around on foot, there is plenty within easy walking distance.
