The luxury Seabreeze Residences are a premium development of only seven apartments, built by the Dunas Douradas beach club and a project that has been two years in the making.

The property has been furnished and fitted to the very highest standards and is very spacious throughout. Guests can relax in the private spa tub on the terrace or enjoy the use of the Seabreeze Residence's communal infinity design pool. The stunning beach at Dunas Douradas and the renowned Maria's beach restaurant are within very close distance, and the renowned Praia do Garrao Nascente, where you will find fashionable restaurants such as Julia's and Izzy's, is only a short walking distance away.

The living room is complete with the large marble fireplace and 60'' wall mounted flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player; Naim music streamer with free standing speakers; comfy seating and dining table with 8 chairs and with patio doors leading directly to the terrace. A printer and scanner is also available for guests to use.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bathroom sanitary ware is by Porcelanosa, there are towel heaters in all bathrooms and all bedroom balconies are furnished with a table and chairs. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the property and has twin beds that can be prepared as a double upon request; a wall mounted flat screen TV with swivel brackets; doors to the balcony and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the duplex. Bedroom two has a double bed; wall mounted flat screen TV; patio doors to the terrace and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Bedroom three is the master suite, complete with double wardrobes with safe; a super king double bed; wall mounted TV with swivel brackets; patio doors to the terrace with table and chairs and views over the communal pool and gardens and an en suite with double vanities and a large walk-in shower unit.

Outside Space

The spacious terrace with wood decking throughout is furnished with Skyline patio furniture- two large sun loungers, coffee table and chairs, dining table with seating for 8 persons and a towel basket. Enjoy al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the Broil King gas BBQ complete with chicken rotisserie and side burner; or relax in the fabulous large Aquavia spa bath tub. Alternatively head over to relax at the communal pool, where there will be two sun loungers and a parasol waiting for you. There are three parking spaces in the secure underground parking.

Location

The location of the Seabreeze Residences is exceptional – a short, on the level walk to the beach past a nature reserve and water features which teem with wildlife. Maria’s and Dunas Douradas Beach Club Restaurants are around 5 mins walk, with five further bars/ restaurants at Julia’s beach an easy 15 minutes stroll along paths or the beach.

Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago’s golf courses and tennis clubs are a short distance away, whilst within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks and other visitor attractions. Car hire is recommended to explore more widely but equally, for those who prefer to get around on foot, there is plenty within easy walking distance.

Maid service is a midweek towel change and light clean; and a weekly linen change, towel change and changeover clean. Additional maid service can be booked in advance for a supplementary hourly rate. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Please note that google earth is currently displaying an older image of the area before the Seabreeze Residences were built.
