The ground floor flows beautifully, welcoming you with a large central hallway that leads into a spacious living room and an inviting dining area. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen sits directly off the dining space, making holiday meal prep and entertaining completely effortless. A separate TV room provides a cozy retreat for movie nights or quiet relaxation. This level also features a convenient cloakroom and the first of five comfortable double en-suite bedrooms
The lounge/dining area is complete with split unit air conditioning, ample comfortable seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including English language channels BBC, ITV, TNT Sports and Sky sports. There is a piano for any musicians in the party, and double patio doors lead directly to the upper poolside terrace. The dining area has a dining table and seating for eight people.

The private pool measures approximately 8 metres x 4 metres (shallow end is 0.90 in depth and the deep end is 1.90 in depth) and the pool can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. On the terrace overlooking the pool you have a dining table seating 10 people, a gas BBQ with food preparation area and a parasol. On the poolside terrace for sun worshipers you have sun loungers and bean bag armchairs. The pool terrace also overlooks the well manicured Dunas Douradas communal gardens.
The location of Villa Joia is exceptional. Maria’s and Dunas Douradas Beach Club Restaurants are around 5 mins walk, with five further bars/ restaurants at Julia’s beach an easy 15 minutes stroll along paths or the beach itself. Fitness, Yoga and Pilates classes are available several times a week, a few minutes' walk away at the Dunas Douradas Beach Club (local charges apply).
Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago’s golf courses and tennis clubs are a short distance away, whilst within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks and other visitor attractions. Car hire is recommended to explore more widely but equally, for those who prefer to get around on foot, there is plenty within easy walking distance.
Rates include a regular maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bedroom linen (change weekly). A safe, hairdryers x 5 and pool towels are provided for your convenience. Air conditioning and fibre Wi-Fi internet are included the accommodation price. Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of 10 persons.
