Exclusive to the Sun-hat villa portfolio, Villa Davinia is an outstanding three bedroom villa that is situated within close walking distance of the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas and the renowned Maria's restaurant. The popular beach restaurants Julia's and Izzy's are also close by, as is the Vale do Lobo tennis centre for sports enthusiasts.

Villa Davinia features three bedrooms, thee bathrooms and quality interiors throughout. Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker; microwave; dishwasher; 6 x gas hobs; extractor; large oven; toaster; kettle; Nespresso coffee maker and Juicer. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Next to the kitchen. the dining area is air conditioned and has table and chairs with seating for 8 persons. The living room is complete with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; DVD player; Bluetooth speaker and Wi-fi internet.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms in Villa Davinia have their own TV's with the English language channels- BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc.

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one has twin beds; split unit a/c, wall mounted TV, patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c, wall mounted TV, patio doors to the private terrace and an adjacent bathroom with shower unit.

The master suite is situated on the first floor of the property and is complete with a Super King double bed, split unit a/c; double wardrobes with safe; wall mounted TV and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and bathtub.

Outside Space

Villa Davinia benefits from a superb swimming pool and spacious poolside terraces, where you can relax in privacy and soak up the Algarvian sun. The freeform shape pool measures approximately 11 metres x 5 metres with additional shallow area. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres in depth and the shallow end is 1.0 metre in depth The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and next to the pool is the fabulous shaded exterior dining area with integrated gas BBQ. Off-road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by electric entry gates. The garden is fully enclosed.

Location

With the superb private swimming pool, exterior dining area and the spacious poolside terraces Villa Davinia has everything you need at the villa for your luxury family villa holiday- however the location of Davinia is also fantastic, you can choose to at any time to head down to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach, which is only a few minutes walk away. Also within close walking distance is the renowned beachfront restaurant Maria's; as are the restaurants at nearby Praia do Garrao Nascente, where you will find trendy and popular beach restaurants such as Julias and Izzy's.

The famous Vale do Lobo Praca, home to a wide selection of good quality restaurants including Sandbanks, Breeze and La Terrazza, can be accessed by walking along from the Dunas Douradas beach. And if you head in the other direction towards Quinta do Lago, you have a couple of excellent beach restaurants, such as the renowned 2 Passos with its fantastic views.

For sports enthusiasts, the Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep and the superb golf courses that both Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago have to offer are also only a short distance away. Within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks, cinemas and other visitor attractions.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week; towels are changed midweek and weekly; linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers in all bathrooms are provided for your convenience.

A cot and highchair are available at the villa free of charge, upon prior request.
