Villa Azul is a superb four bedroom villa that occupies an enviable location in Vale de Parra, with a wide selection of villas within easy walking distance and the stunning beaches at Gale just a couple of minutes drive away. All of the bedrooms are en-suite, with air conditioning throughout and a swimming pool surrounded by delightful gardens.
Living Areas
The villa is built on two levels. The ground floor has a large lounge/dining room with a flat screen TV, with a digital satellite receiver. Wi-fi internet.
A well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, and a separate utility room houses the washing machine. There are two double queen size bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite shower room & one with en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor of Villa Azul there are two queen size double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms lead out on to a large sun terrace. All bedrooms in the property and the lounge are fully air conditioned.
Outside Space
The villa is set in its own large gardens, surrounded by the neighbouring fields and vineyards. It has a large feature B.B.Q, table tennis and a delightful circular swimming pool linked by a shallow channel to a separate children’s pool.
Location
Situated in Vale de Parra, 8km west of Albufeira and only 2km, or just a 20 minute walk, from the 'Blue Flag beaches of Gale. There are many excellent local restaurants in the area, many of which are within walking distance of the villa.
Distances : Restaurant 300 metres, Supermarket 1km, Beaches 1.8km,
Golf 2kms, Albufeira town and Marina 8kms.

There is an alarm system and a safety deposit box.
Maid service is five times a week and smoking is not permitted within the villa.
Pool towels and hair dryer are available at the villa.
