Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, Casa Felize is a beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with a large heated swimming pool located on the classy Quinta Verde development next to the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

The villa has been built on 3 levels- on the ground floor there is the kitchen, open plan to the dining area and with separate utility room; the living room, guest cloakroom and en suite bedrooms one & two. The upper level has en suite bedrooms three and four. The lower level has en suite bedroom five and the TV lounge. Featuring air conditioning and Lazer fibre broadband internet throughout the property which are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

From the grand entrance hall of the villa, two steps lead down to the spacious and comfortable living room, complete with classic furnishings; split unit a/c; a TV with a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; and double full length patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

The kitchen area is open plan to the indoor dining area with seating for 8 persons and doors leading to the exterior BBQ and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 4 x electric hobs, extractor, Smeg kettle and toaster, DeLonghi coffee maker, dishwasher and sandwich toaster. Next to the dining area and kitchen a door leads to the separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

There is also on this level of the villa, next to the entrance hallway, a guest cloakroom and a storage room with drinks fridge.

On the lower level of the property you will find the TV lounge which has a fabulous large wall mounted flat screen TV with the wide range of cable channels available and comfy seating to relax upon.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level of the villa. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with king sized double bed, fitted wardrobes, patio door to the side terrace, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom two has twin beds, doors to the poolside terrace, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the master suite, with super king double bed, split unit a/c, dressing area, walk-in wardrobe with safe, doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit, bath, and dual vanities.

Bedroom four has a king sized double bed, split unit a/c, doors to the shared terrace and an en suite with bath and shower.

On the lower level of Casa Felize you'll find bedroom five- this is a twin room complete with dressing table, split unit air conditioning, free standing wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. This lower level room benefits from plenty of natural light and ventilation.

Outside Space

The large private swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. The pool has a manual cover to help retain the heat at night. The pool also has a water slide, great for the kids! The poolside terrace is equipped with a table tennis table, perfect for those family holiday tournaments, plus it is furnished with a comfy seating area, ten sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine; or there is four parasols if you prefer the shade.

Next to the poolside terrace is the outside dining area which has a large table seating ten people, and a built-in gas BBQ with a sink. The villa is very private, with the garden and terraces surrounded by hedges, lemon trees and flowers. Off road parking is available on the villa forecourt and the carport suitable for two cars, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Quinta Verde is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex which is only a 15 minute walk away and where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bed linen change and bathroom towel change. Hairdryers and pool towels are provided for the guests' convenience.

Please note that the photos on this presentation were taken in the winter when the sun is lower in the sky so there is a little shading on the pool. Also the exterior stone dining table has been replaced for a new dining table- updated photos will follow soon!
