Villa Katherine is a charming and traditional family villa located in Vale do Lobo, offering four bedrooms and four bathrooms and situated on a spacious plot with rolling gardens. This villa boasts a private pool and breathtaking views of the 14th Fairway of the Royal course. Its convenient location allows for easy access to the beach, Praca, restaurants, and golf club, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing vacation.

Villa Katherine has been designed with comfort in mind, featuring a large sitting/dining room with a Sonos speaker & an Alexa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy TV snug room on the entrance level. Three bedrooms are also located on this level, while the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom is situated on the upper level.

Additionally, Wi-Fi internet, complimentary pool heating for Sun-hat clients between July & August, and air conditioning are included in the rental rates. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, Villa Katherine offers the perfect blend of tradition & charm.

Living Areas

The spacious and inviting air conditioned open plan lounge and dining room, provides a comfortable and versatile space for relaxation and entertainment and is complete with a Sonos speaker so you can stream your favourite music from your smart device or there is also an Alexa. The oval dining table offers ample seating for up to nine people, making it perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying family meals. The lounge area boasts ample cosy sofa seating and for those musically inclined, a grand piano is available. Double patio doors open up to a beautiful garden, providing a refreshing ambiance.

From the lounge a few steps lead down to the TV snug room furnished with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV with a large selection of international cable channels and including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc on the Smart TV), split unit air conditioning, patio doors opening onto the garden and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower that can also be used by clients using the pool.

The well-equipped kitchen features a table and six chairs, along with additional sofa seating for a comfortable dining experience. It boasts a range of appliances, including an integrated Miele coffee machine, dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, integrated electric oven, grill, and microwave. The kitchen also includes a fridge, freezer, toaster, and kettle for all your culinary needs. On this level there is also a guest cloakroom.

Conveniently located off the kitchen, steps lead down to the utility room where you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the entrance level. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Both bedroom two and three share the use of the adjacent shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail.

On the upper level you will find the master double bedroom complete with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course which is furnished with a table, four chairs and a sun bed, ideal for some private sunbathing.

Outside Space

The property boasts a large, well-maintained laid to lawn garden with mature shrubs and trees, providing a safe space for children to play. Offering a serene environment to unwind and enjoy your favourite holiday book with a picturesque backdrop of the 14th Fairway Royal course. Multiple seating areas are provided, including a hidden gazebo with frontline golf views. Guests can choose to bask in the Algarve sunshine by the 9m x 5.5m pool with steps for convenient entry or find a cosy spot in the large garden. The pool is heated throughout the season and this is offered to Sun-hat customers on a complimentary basis. The patio is private and features a charcoal BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining in one of the various areas furnished with tables and chairs. This spacious property is perfect for socialising with friends, while still offering privacy and seclusion. Whether you prefer reading, sunbathing, swimming, or to just simply relax, Villa Katherine provides the ideal setting.

Location

This villa is adjacent to the 14th fairway of the Royal Golf Course and within walking distance of the the nearby Vale do Lobo golf course club house which is the venue of the excellent Spikes bar and restaurant; shops and spa. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants.

Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
