The garden has been carefully maintained to provide a comfortable holiday home, and the property enjoys a central Vale de Lobo location.
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and juicer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
The main entrance hall gives access to the living space on the ground floor. The spacious lounge with dining area has an IPTV box with a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV & Sky Sports, CD player with radio, wi-fi internet, a DVD player, an attractive fireplace and patio doors leading to a covered terrace.
Sleeping accommodation comprises a master double bedroom (bed measures 1.40m x 2m) with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms (one is two twin beds together 2m x 2m) served by a separate bathroom.
The patio is flanked with a range of mature shrubs. There is a swimming pool which measures approximately 11m x 5m and which is heatable (for a weekly supplement). The shallow end measures 1.10 metres in depth and the deep end measures 1.70 metres. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing and a charcoal barbecue.
The property enjoys a central Vale de Lobo location, not far from the fashionable 'Praca'.
Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri except bank holidays, bedroom linen and bathroom towels (changed weekly)..
Tennis Club Membership is Included and guests can use the gym and swimming pool facilities.
Wi-fi internet connection is available at this property however is limited to web browsing and the checking of personal emails only.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
