Villa Felicity is a beautiful contemporary villa centrally located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. The property features everything you would expect from a top of the range, high specification villa- including a heated pool, wi-fi internet, table tennis table, cinema room with projector, screen & surround sound and much, much more...

The villa is air conditioned throughout the property, and this is included in the rate.

Living Areas

Spacious open plan living areas, situated on the entrance level of the villa. 2 x wall mounted flat screen TVs with satellite channels including sports, positioned over the lounge area with comfy sofas and the dining table which is adjacent to the open plan kitchen. Full length patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

The modern design kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including 2 x integrated ovens, microwave, hot plate tray, freezer, fridge and 2 x dishwashers. Breakfast table and central island with electric hobs.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the entertainment room- with cinema room complete with projector, screen, surround sound, comfy seating, Sky HD satellite channels including Sports and DVD player. Table tennis table. Also on this level is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the four main bedrooms are located on the first floor of Villa Felicity and each bedroom has patio doors leading to the first floor terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom one is a double room with wall mounted flat screen TV, separate dressing area and en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (which can be prepared as a double upon request) with walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room.

Bedrooms three and four are double rooms with walk-in wardrobes and en suite shower rooms.

There is also an additional air conditioned bedroom with twin beds positioned next to the entertainment room on the lower level and this room can be made available upon request. This bedroom does not benefit from natural light.

On the ground floor of the villa there is an additional guest cloakroom, and on the lower level of the villa a bathroom with shower.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures an impressive 19 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is an additional shallow area at one end of the pool which measures 5 x 5 metres. Extensive poolside terrace with shading and built-in Beefeater gas BBQ. Steps lead up to the first floor terrace.

Location

Villa Felicity is centrally located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, with the beach and the lively Praca, where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, only a short distance away. The Vale do Lobo tennis centre is also close by. In Vale do Lobo you have the choice of two excellent golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses.
