Ideally situated in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, the villa enjoys a superb location within easy walking distance of the Tennis Academy, the golf course clubhouse, the beautiful beach, and the renowned Praça, where there is a wide range of restaurants, bars, and evening entertainment in the summer months.

The open plan living areas are wonderfully light and spacious, creating a welcoming hub for both relaxing and entertaining. The large, air conditioned open plan kitchen and dining area is beautifully designed and features a dining table with seating for twelve guests. Alternatively, the central island and breakfast bar with five stools provide a more casual space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including an American style fridge freezer, five gas hobs with a warming plate, extractor fan, multi-pod coffee machine (takes Nespresso, Delta and Dolce Gusto pods in addition to ground coffee beans), kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. A separate pantry houses a Smeg microwave & grill, and an additional drinks fridge.
Open plan to the dining area is the living room and library, comfortably furnished with sofa seating and a fireplace for the cooler winter months. This area is complete with a games table (chess, drafts, cards, etc), and there are a wide range of English books to read on the shelves. Double patio doors lead directly onto the terrace, offering lovely views across the pool and garden. On this entrance level, there is also a convenient guest cloakroom and a large storage cupboard for coats and luggage.
The lower level of Villa Marchesa is dedicated to entertainment and practical amenities. The games room opens directly onto the poolside terrace and features a table tennis table, a full size snooker table, a table football table, and a large sofa area to relax. The soundproofed cinema room is equipped with surround-sound Sonos speakers, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, and a Sonos sound system, offering over 600 UK and international channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (guests are welcome to log in to their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services). Completing this level and opening onto the swimming pool is a stylish bar area with a 55'' wall mounted TV, a fridge freezer, and a dishwasher, along with plastic glassware for poolside use. The basement also contains a compact gym with a Swedish ladder, free weights, yoga mats, and a wall mounted pulley system. The lower level also offers a separate study should a quiet place to catch up on your emails be needed. The utility room is also on this level and is well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.
All four main bedrooms feature air conditioning, and all the bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails. Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level of the property. Bedroom one is a twin room with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a double room with a Super King (2.00 x 2.00 metres) and with an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead directly to the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and pool area.
On the upper level of the villa, you will find bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the Master double suite with Super King bed (2.00 x 2.00 metres) with windows on three sides, a walk-in wardrobe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previously mentioned TV, and an en suite spacious bathroom and a safe. Patio doors leading to the balcony with glorious views of the garden are situated between bedrooms three and four.
Bedroom four is a double bedroom with a King sized bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), a wall mounted flat screen TV, a dressing area, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
On the lower level of the villa is the 'plus one' bedroom which can sleep up to four guests providing the maximum occupancy of the villa, 10 persons is not exceeded. In this bedroom is a double bed and two bunk beds making this room perfect for a family with young children. There is an en suite bathroom with shower.
Villa Marchesa boasts an exceptional outdoor area set within beautifully landscaped, flowing lawned gardens, offering a wonderful space for children to play and adults to unwind. The attractive free-form shaped swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and can be heated for an additional weekly supplement if required. With twelve sunbeds and four large parasols, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax in comfort.
Overlooking the pool and gardens, the covered exterior dining terrace and BBQ area is perfectly positioned for al-fresco dining and socialising with family and friends, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. Featuring seating for fourteen guests, a Sonos sound system, and both a traditional charcoal BBQ and a modern gas BBQ, ideal for the budding chefs in the group.
Next to the swimming pool, a covered wooden pagoda with a comfortable sofa and arm chairs provides a peaceful spot for reading or simply enjoying the surroundings. The garden is fully enclosed, and off-road parking is available on the villa forecourt, secured by electric entry gates, offering both privacy and peace of mind.
Villa Marchesa is located within the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, just a short walk from the tennis centre, golf course, beach, and Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants, and eateries, and family entertainment during the summer months. The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre features a communal pool, a café, a restaurant, and, of course, the tennis academy. Vale do Lobo also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses.
Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean with bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and two safes are provided for your convenience. There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
