Overview
Sun-hat is proud to present Villa de Madeira, a brand new contemporary design villa, finished to a high standard and ideally located in the heart of the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort. This stylish property offers four spacious double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, and a heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in comfort throughout your stay.
Centralised air conditioning throughout the property with individual room controls and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet is included in the rate.
Living Areas
The bright lounge and kitchen are of an open-plan design with triple patio doors that open on the poolside terrace. This area is furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar, showing a wide variety of English language channels, including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc on the Smart TV).
The kitchen features a breakfast bar with four accompanying stools and is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including a large fridge and a separate large freezer, four electric hobs with a central extractor fan, an integrated electric oven & microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, a wine cooler, and a Smeg kettle & toaster. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the lower level of the property, you will find the utility room, which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is a further guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the entrance level, you’ll find bedrooms one and two, both beautifully appointed double rooms. Bedroom one features fitted wardrobes, a safe, and a stylish en suite wet room, with patio doors opening directly onto the garden. Bedroom two also offers fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room, with patio doors leading out to the front of the villa.
Upstairs, bedrooms three and four continue the sense of space and comfort. Bedroom three is a bright double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity units. Patio doors open onto a shared wrap-around balcony, offering lovely views over the pool. Bedroom four is similarly well equipped, with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, and an en suite shower room. Patio doors also lead onto the shared balcony.
Outside Space
The private south facing swimming pool measures approximately 14m x 5m and has steps for easy entry, and can be heated for a weekly supplement. There is also a pool cover to help retain the heat overnight. The BBQ area is complete with a table and seating for eight people, where you can enjoy al fresco meals cooked on the Beefeater gas BBQ. For your convenience, there is also a wine cooler, plus an outside sink, making cooking outside a bit easier. The poolside is furnished with plenty of sun loungers and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is a further comfortable seating area, ideal for relaxing with a good book. At the front of the property, there are plenty of parking spaces and an automatic gate entry.
Location
Villa de Madeira is centrally located within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo and in close walking distance of the nearby Vale do Lobo golf course clubhouse, which is the venue of the excellent Spikes bar and restaurant, shops, and spa. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses, and for nightlife and dining out, the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants, with family entertainment during the summer months.
Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Nearby Quinta do Lago, you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre. There is also horse riding nearby.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri with a midweek bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
