Apartment Nina is a high specification two bedroom first floor apartment situated in the classy Margarida resort area of Vale do Lobo. Complete with it's own private plunge pool, direct lift access to the underground car park and lovely golf views over the 3rd green of the Vale do Lobo Royal course. This first floor apartment is accessed via a flight of steps however from the entrance hallway, a lift provides direct access to the underground car park, where there is one designated space for the property.

Open plan living/dining room with table and chairs with seating for 4 persons, comfy sofas, TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, DVD player, a distinctive Fogo Montanha fireplace and patio doors to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an oven, 4 x electric hobs, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, fridge freezer, sandwich toaster and microwave. There is a separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedroom one is the master suite with double bed, split unit a/c, dressing area and an en suite bathroom with bath, double vanities and shower unit.

Bedroom two has twin beds, a/c, fitted wardrobes and an en suite with shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom in the property.

Outside Space

The infinity style pool measures 7 metres x 3.5 metres approximately and is heated free of charge! A manual cover is available to help protect the pool at night. The poolside terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the 3rd green of the Vale do Lobo Royal course. The terrace is also furnished with a dining table with seating for 4, next to the integrated Broil King gas BBQ.
