Villa Emily is a very impressive four bedroom villa located in the Margarida resort area of Vale de Lobo. This delightful property features high quality contemporary interiors throughout, and benefits from an infinity pool and roof terrace jacuzzi.

With air conditioning, wi-fi internet and the use of the roof terrace Jacuzzi all included in the rates.

Living Areas

On the entrance level to the villa you will find the kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hobs, extractor, oven, coffee maker and microwave.

The open plan living/dining room is a very spacious room furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table for six persons, and featuring wi-fi internet, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV and Samsung sound system. Double patio doors lead directly out to the poolside terrace.

One level down from the living/ dining room is the fourth bedroom with 3 twin beds, guest cloakroom, and next to this is the office area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The three en suite bedrooms are located on different levels upstairs from the entrance/ kitchen level. Bedroom one is a double room (bed measures 1.40m x 1.90m) with doors to a private terrace overlooking the pool; double wardrobes and an en suite (adjacent) shower room.

Bedroom two is a twin room with a separate dressing area, views of the golf course and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is the master double room (bed measures 2.00m x 2.00m) with a private terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding gardens, separate dressing area and en suite bathroom with hairdryer, bath and shower unit.

Outside Space

Patio doors from the living room take you to a shaded terrace with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the BBQ. The poolside terrace is furnished with three sun loungers and the infinity private swimming pool measures approximately 9 metres x 5 metres.

On the top floor of Villa Emily you will find the private roof terrace with Jacuzzi- the use of which is included in the rental rate.

Location

Situated in a new and exclusive area of Vale de Lobo, within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box are available for your convenience.

Please note- the layout of the Villa Emily is designed over a number of different levels accessed via stairs.
