Inside, the open-plan living and dining area creates a bright, inviting space with seating for four persons, comfortable sofas and a flat screen television offering an extensive range of English-language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Patio doors open onto the terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for effortless self-catering, complete with an oven, electric hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Krups Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and juicer. A separate utility cupboard houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The master suite offers a calm and spacious haven with twin beds prepared as a double, split-unit air conditioning, a dedicated dressing area and an elegant en-suite bathroom with bath, double vanities and overhead shower. It also benefits from its own private terrace furnished with a sofa and seating area. The second bedroom includes twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room, while a guest cloakroom adds further convenience.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
