This stylish 3+1 bedroom villa features a private swimming pool, a table tennis table, and its very own four hole putting green, making it a fantastic choice for families and golf lovers alike. The villa offers bright and spacious interiors along with a lovely poolside terrace and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac within the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, Villa Ruby is ideally located just a short walk from the golf club, as well as Spikes restaurant and cocktail bar.

Wi-Fi internet, a Sonos sound system, and a centralised air conditioning system with individual room controls are all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are bright, spacious and designed for easy holiday living. Large patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a flat screen Smart TV with an Apple TV box and cable TV which offers a wide selection of international channels, including some English language channels. Guests can also access streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime using their own log-in details.

The dining area features a table with seating for six guests, while the modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four stools. Fully equipped for your stay, the kitchen includes an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, five electric hobs, extractor fan, a large fridge and a separate large freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cafetière, blender and a juicer. There is also a guest cloakroom on the entrance level.

On the lower level is the air conditioned entertainment room complete with surround sound and a large sofa, featuring a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, an Apple box and a PlayStation 2 (please bring your own PlayStation games and log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The highlight of this room is the large window to the swimming pool, flooding the room with natural light. On this level there is also a games room with table tennis table, and also there is a convenient door that leads to the putting green at the side of the property.

Also on this level is the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with a 1.60m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.60m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom three which is a twin room with 0.90m x 2.0m beds, split unit air conditioning, and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom uses the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

On the upper level is the master double suite with a 1.90m x 2.0m bed, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and a safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV for streaming only, and an en suite bathroom with a free standing bath tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the pool with sea views and furnished with two sunbeds, a parasol, and comfy sofa seating.

On the landing of the upper bedroom is an office area complete with a table and chair. A patio door leads to a small balcony.

Outside Space

Large patio doors from the lounge open directly onto the pool terrace, where you'll find comfortable sun loungers and a parasol for relaxing in the sunshine. The private pool measures approx. 9m x 5m and features steps for easy access. Pool heating is available for a weekly supplement while an electric pool cover helps retain warmth during the evenings. Adding a fun twist to pool time, the villa also features pool darts, with the dartboard cleverly incorporated into the pool floor– a favourite with guests of all ages. An outdoor shower is conveniently positioned for rinsing off before or after a swim. Just a few steps away, a four-hole putting green provides further entertainment, with clubs & balls supplied. The covered dining terrace is furnished with a large table and ten chairs, creating the perfect setting for leisurely meals outdoors. A Beefeater BBQ is available for easy al fresco dining throughout your stay. The garden is completely private, offering a peaceful space to unwind, while electric gates provide secure access to the property.

Location

Villa Ruby benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the clubhouse for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses, where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa, and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance of the supermarket and the famous Praca and its stunning beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes, and eateries to choose from, and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre and the tennis academy.
