Accommodation is conveniently situated on one level in this villa. Large fully fitted kitchen with american style fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer located outside in separate utility cupboard. Attractive dining area with TV screen.
Spacious lounge with patio doors leading out to the pool and terraces. Cable TV, DVD player and Wi-fi internet connection.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Master Double Bedroom (bed measures 1.60m x 2m) with fitted wardrobes, air con and en suite large double shower room. Cable TV.
- Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air con and en suite shower room with large double walk in shower.
- Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air con.
- Bedroom 4 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air con. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bathroom.
Outside Space
Patio doors from the property lead outside to a large, pretty garden, which is landscaped and largely laid to lawn. The private swimming pool measures approximately 9m x 5m, and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Also in the garden, there is a gas barbecue, sun terraces and patio furniture for those who love to dine al-fresco.
Location
Set in a large plot with landscaped gardens, this villa is a short stroll from the magnificent beach and the shops, bars and restaurants of the fashionable ‘Praca’. It is centrally located, giving easy access to Tennis Valley and Vale do Lobo Golf Club. Faro airport is just twenty minutes by car.

Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Offers & Discounts
Due to building work nearby to Casa Blanca, including a new villa under construction diagonally across the street, this property is being offered with a 20% discount outside of July and August 2025 to take into consideration any background noise building work may cause. Building work is not permitted during the months of July and August, therefore, rentals during this peak period will not be affected.

Deposit held for meter reading - final charge to be advised after departure.
1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
