Sun-hat is proud to present Villa Gaia, an exceptional contemporary four bedroom villa designed for luxury living in the heart of Vale do Lobo. This beautifully appointed property features a private heated swimming pool and an internal lift connecting all three floors.

Perfectly positioned, Villa Gaia places guests within easy reach of the golden sands of Vale do Lobo beach, the vibrant Praça, the golf club and Spikes Brasserie, and the nearby shopping centre. Whether you're enjoying leisurely beach days, world class golf, or relaxed evenings by the sea, Villa Gaia has everything you need for a memorable holiday.

For complete comfort, the villa is equipped with fibre optic Wi-Fi and centralised ducted air conditioning throughout, with individual room controls allowing each guest to tailor their surroundings. These amenities are, of course, included within the rental rate.

Living Areas

As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a bright and contemporary open plan living space, where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow natural light to pour in while opening directly onto the outdoor terraces.

The lounge is comfortably furnished with generous sofa seating, two armchairs and a large wall mounted Smart TV offering a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (guests are welcome to use their own log-in details for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime). A modern gas fireplace creates a divide between the lounge, dining area and kitchen, adding warmth during the cooler months.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including a Smeg kettle and toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, four electric hobs with extractor, dishwasher, wine cooler, integrated electric oven and grill, microwave, and a large fridge with a separate freezer. A central island with breakfast bar with four stools offers a relaxed space for morning coffee, while the adjacent dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests.

For those needing to stay connected while away, a separate study provides a quiet workspace with a desk and chair, two armchairs, and a wall mounted Smart TV with the same channel selection as previously mentioned. There is also a guest cloakroom near the entrance.

On the lower level of the villa, guests will find bedroom four, along with an additional TV relaxing area featuring comfortable sofa seating and a flat screen TV offering the same selection of channels as the previously mentioned, and a table tennis table, perfect for friendly family competitions.

The utility room is located here and is equipped with a Miele washing machine, Miele tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The roof terrace is accessible by the lift.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the upper level of the villa you will find bedrooms one, two & three. All three bedroom are fitted with blackout blinds and share a south facing balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom one is a double room with a 1.80m x 2m bed, a walk-in dressing room, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with 2 x 0.90m x 2m beds which can be prepared as a double 1.80m x 2m bed upon prior request, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.80m x 2m bed, a walk-in dressing room, and an en suite full bathroom with a free standing bath tub, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. A frosted glass patio door from the bathroom opens onto a small balcony with an outside shower.

On the lower level of the property is bedroom four which is a twin room with natural light & 2 x 0.90m x 2m beds, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The south facing garden offers a private and peaceful outdoor setting, landscaped with artificial grass and dotted with palm, olive and lemon trees. A covered outdoor dining area features a ceiling fan to keep guests comfortable, along with a dining table seating eight – ideal for relaxed al fresco meals.

For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is a Beefeater gas BBQ complete with a food preparation counter and sink. Nearby, a comfortable shaded seating area provides the perfect spot to unwind, with sofa and armchair seating, two parasols and a ceiling fan – an inviting place to relax with a book or enjoy a quiet drink.

The private swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and features steps for easy access. Pool heating is available for an additional weekly supplement, and a pool cover helps retain warmth during the evenings. There are sun lougers and two pouffs on the poolside deck.

Location

Villa Gaia is within a 10-minute walk of the nearby Vale do Lobo golf course club house which is the venue of the excellent Spikes bar and restaurant; shops and the spa. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal course; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants.

Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon, Weds & Fri with a mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
