The villa also features electric shutters throughout and mosquito screens on all windows and patio doors; and underfloor heating in all of the bathrooms.

Living Areas

Lovely spacious open plan living area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with comfy sofas, and is complete with split unit a/c, gas fireplace and wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of Lazer cable channels, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC and ITV. Sonos sound bar From the living area, double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. Between the main living area and the kitchen area is the central island, with breakfast bar stools, wine chiller and USB phone charger points.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including the fridge; freezer; microwave; oven; ceramic hobs and extractor; kettle; Nespresso coffee maker; toaster; manual juicer; dishwasher and washing machine/ dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has zip and link twin beds that can be prepared as a double bed upon prior request; split unit a/c; wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels; window with golf course views and an adjacent bathroom.

Bedroom two is the master suite with double bed- this bed is a zip and link bed and can be prepared as twins upon request; split unit a/c; keypad entry safe; wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels; window with golf course views and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom three has zip and link twin beds that can be prepared as a double bed upon prior request; split unit a/c; wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels; an en suite shower room and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

Outside Space

Villa Valicia has a superb, extensive private terrace that catches the sun throughout the day during summer. The private pool is kidney bean shaped and measures 8 x 3 metres approximately with ladder entry and the pool can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge if required. The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and the shaded comfy seating area with large parasol. On one side of this spacious terrace is the table tennis table- perfect for those competitive holiday tournaments! And for your al-fresco meals, on the other side of the terrace is the exterior dining area, complete with a dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ. NEW FOR SUMMER 2024, shade for this exterior dining table is now provided by a superb state of the art electric awning, of the same design as the awning on the new roof terrace.

Location

Villa Valicia benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance is the famous Praca and the stunning local beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

The maximum occupancy of this villa is six persons in total. Extra beds are not permitted.
