Overview
Villa Definida is a beautiful and modern three bedroom, three bathroom villa with private heated pool. Situated in a privileged position next to the fairway of the Vale do Lobo Royal course 1st hole and within walking distance of the Praça, this exclusive two storey villa is perfect for golfers and families, looking to relax in luxury. Featuring air conditioning throughout, Wi-fi internet, pool heating facility (if required and payable extra), Villa Definida is highly recommended by the Sun-hat team!
Living Areas
The entrance to the villa is via a small flight of steps and the entry door opens to a lovely spacious open plan living area and kitchen. The living area has air conditioning, and is furnished with modern decor, glass tables, large mirrors and plants to set the ambience. The furnishings include a dining table and a comfortable sofa and chairs, and the living area is complete with a mounted flat screen smart TV with a wide range of Lazer cable channels, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC and ITV. Please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix etc
Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 3 stools, and it is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge, freezer, integrated oven and microwave, ceramic hobs and extractor fan, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine located in the lower level garage.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom one is located on the ground floor and has a double king size bed; A/C and access to the pool area. This bedroom uses the adjacent bathroom with shower which also serves as the guest cloakroom.
Bedroom two is located on the upper floor and is complete with a double bed that can also be prepared as twins upon prior request; A/C and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony.
Bedroom three, also situated on the first floor, has a double bed with zip and link beds that can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a door on the upper level landing that gives access to a front facing terrace.
Outside Space
The private pool is free form shaped and measures approximately 13m x4m with steps entry and the pool can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. The poolside terrace has views of the golf course and is furnished with 6 sun loungers and chairs and there is also a large parasol for shade. For your al-fresco meals, there is a gas BBQ, food preparation area and exterior dining table and chairs. There is also an outside shower for guests to use.
Location
Villa Definida benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance is the famous Praça and the stunning local beach. The Praça has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek light maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. There is also an extra bed for a child up to the age of 10 years available for a weekly supplemental charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
