The main reception rooms are accessed via an entrance hall and furnishings throughout have a traditional theme. The lounge has an attractive corner fireplace; cable TV with a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; DVD player and French windows giving access to the covered terrace.
A Bluetooth speaker is available upon prior request so you can stream your favourite tunes from your smart device.
In addition to the lounge, there is a separate dining room and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine etc.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom accommodation is on the ground floor, there are one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and shower over bath. One of the twin bedrooms can be made up as a double bed.
Outside Space
The garden beyond is laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs; the pool measures approximately 9 metres x 6 metres and has Roman style steps and a patio surround. The shallow end measures 1.20 metres in depth and the deep end measures 2.40 metres in depth. A barbecue is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine and there are steps from the poolside leading to an upper sun terrace. The villa faces due South with pool in front. there is a side garden as well facing west.
Location
The central location of this property makes it convenient for the many excellent facilities in Vale do Lobo.
