We are proud to present Villa Seasalt, a lovely three bedroom, three bathroom linked villa with a private pool, centrally and conveniently located in the exclusive Varandas do Lago development which is situated between the renowned golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

Villa Seasalt is exclusive to the Sun-hat portfolio and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Algarve. Plus, you'll enjoy the added comfort of air conditioning and Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room with split unit air conditioning; flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and furnished with a comfy sofa and dining table with seating for six persons. There is also a Playstation 4 available for guests use, with a selection of games; and a Bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite sounds from your Smart device. Working log fire.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer; microwave; dishwasher; Filter coffee machine; washing machine; three gas hobs & one electric hob; electric oven & grill; kettle and a toaster. The utility room off the kitchen houses the iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room located on the entrance level of the property with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom.

Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a small balcony on this level.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 8 metres x 4 metres and has steps for entry. The spacious poolside terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, and next to the poolside terrace is the exterior partially covered dining terrace, complete with dining table and seating for six people, food preparation area with a sink and integrated charcoal BBQ. There is a gate from the poolside terrace that offers a shortcut by foot to the nearby Campus in Quinta da Lago.

The roof terrace provides additional private space to relax, this terrace is furnished and has far reaching views.

Location

Villa Seasalt is just 18 minutes drive from Faro airport and is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, golf courses and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, towel and linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience. There is a hairdryer available in each bathroom and a set of straighteners.

Please note that Villa Seasalt has a strict no pet policy.
