Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent Villa Starlight, an elegant and spacious four bedroom villa with a private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement), built on three levels and located on the Varandas do Lago estate- a development of luxury villas very popular with holidaymakers who love the golden triangle area of the Algarve as it is centrally situated between the golfing resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. This lovely villa has everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The main entrance hall leads to the large, open plan lounge & dining area with patio doors opening onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortably furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a bar with four stools, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. There is a further seating area with a table and two chairs. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for eight people.

The colourful modern kitchen with a kitchen table with seating for four is well equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, toaster, kettle & Dulce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, four electric hobs, extractor and patio doors opening onto the upper balcony. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one & two. Bedroom one is a double room (two single beds together), split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto a shaded balcony with a sunbed and a parasol. Bedroom two is a twin room with a large flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a balcony with a stone table and benches.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a spa shower and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a balcony with a sun bed. Bedroom four is the master double suite (two single beds together) with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge, fitted wardrobes, a safe, media desk and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open a balcony overlooking the pool and a further balcony furnished with a sun bed and a table & chair.

Outside Space

The garden is laid to lawn in areas and is completely private and is protected by the electric entry gates. Steps lead down to the south facing private swimming pool which measures approx.10 metres x 5 metres and has steps for entry (which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge if required). There is a pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings and there is also an outside shower. The poolside terrace is stylishly furnished with eight sun loungers and two parasols and there are many different comfortable seating areas where you can escape to read your favourite book. There is an exterior dining table with seating for eight people and a gas BBQ for the budding chef to create your al-fresco meals.

Location

Villa Starlight is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago on the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, the local golf courses and the Quinta shopping centre are also just a very short drive away.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. The villa has many hand rails, ideal for the elderly.
