Villa Natura is a premium quality four bedroom villa with private heated pool located in Varandas do Lago, an impressive estate of villas centrally situated between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The pool area and terraces have recently been refurbished to a high standard, making this villa perfect for families wanting to relax in the Algarve sunshine and enjoy their own private swimming pool. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout the property, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Spacious open plan and air conditioned living/dining area furnished with comfy sofas and dining table with seating for 8 persons. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. Flat screen Smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV. The villa also has a sound system throughout the house.

The kitchen is complete with a breakfast table and 4 chairs and is fully equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, 4 x electric hobs, extractor, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher. Patio doors lead directly to the exterior dining terrace and BBQ.

There is a separate utility room that houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Villa Natura have split unit air conditioning. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this is a twin bedroom with a small balcony and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower unit and double vanities.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of Villa Natura. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom, that can be converted into a double bed upon prior request, with a small balcony and an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and double vanities.

Bedroom three has a double bed with a window which has access to the spacious balcony. There is a Guest safe in the wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bath, double vanities and a hairdryer. Bedroom four is the master bedroom with a double bed and this also has access, via the window, to the spacious balcony. There is an en suite bathroom and separate shower with double vanities, a bath and shower and a hairdryer.

Outside Space

Villa Natura benefits from a lovely brand new poolside terrace with white tiles and furnished with 8 sun loungers and comfy seating under the shaded terrace area. The pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres with steps entry and it can be heated for a supplementary charge between the months of March and October. The deep end of the pool is 2.20 metres in depth and the shallow end is 1.20 metres. Adjacent to the poolside terrace is the shaded dining terrace, with table and chairs for 8 persons and an integrated gas BBQ- perfect for enjoying freshly cooked 'al-fresco' meals with family and friends.

Location

Villa Natura is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are also just a short drive away.
